The Washington State Patrol Lieutenant’s Association exists to ensure the fair and equitable treatment of our membership through the administration of the collective bargaining agreement. This website has several resources which may help you on the Documents page to include the WSPLA contract, estate planning tools and our constitution and bi-laws.
